Yes — we’re accepting new clients, with next-day availability. Our independent groomers open spots regularly, and we’re happy to help you find the right fit for your dog’s needs and personality.
Who will be grooming my dog?
Tidy Tails is home to several independent groomers, each with their own style and strengths. You’ll see who’s available when you book, and you’re welcome to request someone specific if their schedule and grooming style align with what you’re looking for.
What does “free roam” mean at Tidy Tails?
Dogs in our studio can relax, move around, and settle where they’re most comfortable. We supervise closely and adjust the setup for each dog — from social butterflies to quiet observers.
Do you have kennels if my dog needs space?
We don’t use closed kennels. Tidy Tails is a free-roam studio, and most dogs stay with their groomer in a one-on-one, start-to-finish style. If a dog needs extra space or quiet time, we have a few open kennels and separate rooms available case-by-case. We always choose whatever helps your dog feel calm and secure.
Are your groomers employees or independent contractors?
All groomers at Tidy Tails work as independent professionals. Each manages their own bookings and grooming approach while sharing our studio and our gentle, dog-centered values.
What changed at Tidy Tails with the new structure?
We now operate as a boutique grooming hub. Each groomer works independently, manages their own schedule, and brings their own strengths — all within the same consistent, calm Tidy Tails space clients already know and love. The atmosphere and care philosophy remain the same.
